怎能錯過如此美麗的跑步季節

雖然上周信誓旦旦地說不要超過5km慢慢恢複跑步，不過，這樣的跑步季，似穿行畫廊一般，怎麽舍得錯過。不小心就幾乎雙倍5km。心懷感激我們能夠自由奔跑在這樣的季節這樣美好的地方，秋日的美景和波瀾壯闊真的是轉瞬即逝。
