房客好像搬走了, 我可以開門進去嗎?

一個月沒交租, 電話什麽的, 全都不回。鄰居說看見他搬東西走了。但窗戶看進去裏麵亂七八糟的, 還有很多東西。大中午的, 所有燈全都開著, 裏麵沒人。
