I see your point. The reason I mention those stuff is that without those, I have no reason to ask them leave. without those stuff i welcome them to stay. But I heard the court is quite protective to tenants. get an eviction order need reasons. before all those stuff, we were in good relationship. 

I just thought that my tenant said no pressfor charges. what they can charge for? my tenants don't have neough evidence to press charges. they can speculate. but the guy did not do anything and left before the police came. my tenants can claim they are victims. i wonder if the mngt has enough reason to evict them?
