租戶取舍，幫幫忙

1• 可以多負100 每個月，但隻能租一年，也可能一年半，正是冬天，怕找不到下家。很好的家庭。
2• 因為另外房產 前兩年破產，信用不好，但工資挺好的，想長租。看長相，象印度人。
3•離婚女帶兩個孩子。其他都好

實在是累了，不再讓人看了。就像從中選一個算了。
