求幫忙， 今天特鬱悶。

投資房差不多都收拾好了，準備三月出租，今天房客來看房，我順便在裏麵零零星星的又收拾了一下，發現，在臥室窗台上有一小瓶(大小和中指那麽大)汞，心裏立刻堵了起來。難道前房客要害我?他們是被我驅逐走的。他們走後我去房子裏看時發現， 有一些破壞， 但還可以。就是把我新買的冰箱開門的把手給弄掉了，牆上有一兩個坑，都不嚴重，用compound 補一下就沒事了。基本用的像燈泡，shower curtain,shower rod等能拿得他們都拿走了,因為這些我都是買的新的，也比較好看。還有就是一滿箱的取暖油都用光了(約值$900)。

我是準備新房客搬進來後去小法庭去告他們的。今天一看這個，我想把房子立刻賣掉。他們是想毀我(我猜)如果他們把汞倒到暖氣管道裏， 那我起不是死定了。 我自己是學化學的， 深知汞的毒性有多大。

新房客有了什麽意外，起不都是我的過?

大家幫我想想，我該怎麽辦? 心裏特煩， 這房子才剛買半年。約$16萬買的， 裝修花不到兩萬， 租3千。應該是不錯的deal.區也還可以。
