急問ower occupancy問題.

我的agent的一個客戶以owner occupancy的名義簽下一所銀行屋, 但籌不到足夠現金要放棄. Agent說可以讓我頂下來(contract of sale還是那個客戶的名字, 但closing的時候換成我的名字). 房子很好許多人搶, 很想買下來.
我的擔心是:我不是ower occupancy, 這樣買下來銀行會不會查? 最壞的情況會是什麽?
