Buy a house with foundation problem, but it has been fixed.

A house with foundation problem, but it has already been fixed with 10 year warranty.

Can I buy such a house in houston Sugarland area ?

The agent even said that lots of houses have this kind of problem.  If you buy a house without foundation problem, you could end up find the problem later and pay more money to fix it later.  Can I trust what he said ?
