請教下rental tax問題

想請教各位地主一下問題,今天收到一封存信,來自我們的city treasurer ,要求我交rental unit business tax. 想請教下以下問題:

1.這個rental unit business tax 交了後,我還需要不需要交個人所得稅?

2. 我今年還買了別的房子,可是隻收到這一個CONDO rental unit business tax,為什麽其它的沒有收到?
