Very impressive report! 

Plumbers are smart people in this working class. They are normally much wealthier. I know another plumber who has already retired in a prestigious school district bought 5-6 properties in early years. Now each of these properties is worth $1m-$2m with debt free.

BTW, the building looks like manufacture home from outside. I won't be surprised if so for such large sq ft buildings.
