還有一個關於租客的問題，謝謝

兩個黑女帶3個孩子，生活在一起已經3年多。有收入的沒有孩子，沒收入的有3個學齡男孩。最先住在Wisconsin，9月份從Arizona來後一直住hotel，找不到房子。credit score她自己講的low 500。願意把最後一個月的租金也當押金。需不需要再進一步了解，她們看起來高風險房客？如果她們不合適就別查credit，別浪費人家的錢了，謝謝！
