Joint Tenancy是給夫妻用的

現在california還有一種Tenancy in common with right of survivorship, 也是給夫妻用的，但是比joint tenant更好，好像一方pass away, 另一個馬上take over (和joint tenant 一樣），但是tax base馬上可以變成market value。
