Question about a person that had bankruptcy filing some years ag

Question about a person that had bankruptcy filing some years ago.

so if he does not pay, can I pursue his asset and garnish income? 

 

i think bankruptcy years ago he filed only wipe out his debts prior to the filing date. But I just double check. Appreciate replies.
