1個月前一個dream location, dream layout 的房子, list price 35萬,為了搶時間,我們沒看裏麵就遞了 36.2萬的offer, 被拒.今天一看成交價, 隻有35萬,更鬱悶了. 短時間內不可能有這樣的房子了.
