高地稅的房子

有個銀行房，銀行還價110k。兩家庭，03年的房子。每個單元能租1400到1600。condition不錯。就是地稅奇高，大概14000每年。好像也不好appeal因為周圍房子地稅都大概這樣。 敢下手嗎?
