Need your opinions: Is this a real or a spam?

I'm advertising a townhouse on the Craigslist and just received the following e-mail:

"I work for a temp housing company and insurance adjuster. I have a family from XXXXX who has a home fire. we are looking for a 6 month lease and month to month after. They home is going to be repaired. We can pay a premium for this rent term . Let me know if this is an option please email me back or contact me on my cell# 866-669-4973."

 

There are two things made me suspect:

1. the sender's name looks like an American, but there are a few grammatical errors.

2. cell # starting with "866"

Please advise.
