關於出租房

又來請教大家了。 我們的房子上個月底listing出來的。 Agent今天發來一家申請人的資料，我心裏很沒底。 我們的房子4年新，裏麵裝修得很漂亮，租金是$4350。 但是這家人有兩條狗，還有兩個孩子。 所以，我擔心他們用不多久就能把房子糟蹋的不成樣子。

另外，夫妻兩個，女的是理發師，男的是自己營業做chiropractic therapy. 自稱家庭年收入在15萬左右。這在灣區可以稱作低收入家庭了。

之前他們有自己的房子，住了10年剛賣掉。 另外，他們有一輛剛買的奔馳，和一輛老pickup truck。

大家幫忙看看這樣的一家人靠譜嗎？
