Go ahead to garnish if you know where they work

Since you made so much effort already at the court, don't lose the judgment payback if and only if you can be sure to serve them at work. Why are they sending you $50 a month? They were afraid that they would be after them with the judgment. If they stay at their jobs long, your judgment will be paid off. 

Actually you can ask more when you file a petition for wage garnishment including additional legal service cost.
