請教兩個ETFs

想買點 real estate ETF。 一個是XRE （iShares CDN S&P/TSX Capped REIT Index Fund， CANADA）。 另一個是XHB （SPDR S&P Homebuilders， USA）。

向這裏的各位請教是否make sense. 謝謝。
