請教home inspection後的預算維修

剛做完home inspection，發現整個房子都要重新rewiring ，是老房子，所以knob and tubes需要更新。insect inspection還要做treatment。請問一下：光這兩項費用大概需要多少錢維修？

事先房主同意我的offer價格的時候說會沒錢維修了（可能的確是沒錢，也可能是對方或者agent一種討價還價的技巧），如果home inspection報告有問題的話，我也隻好自己承擔。我當時的說法是我要看具體的inspection報告才能決定。現在報告出來，我要考慮我是否還要繼續跟賣方討價還價，或者就算白花了幾百塊的home inspection fee，自己退出。
