兒子的幸福生活

兒子今年22，大學畢業後在一家大投資公司做分析員，由於工作努力，3月後晉升，工資從3萬2 到4萬。幾年前我們幫他買了一townhouse，他自住，又租出去一間給他的同學，每月租$500。

無房貸，無車貸每月還有租子收。俺最近讓他把tounhouse 上的錢拿出來加上貸款，可再買兩屋。 每月租金能有1500 到2000。
