短售offer price

看中了一個短售房, listing price is $109k. 覺得地段不錯,沒還價就給full price cash offer. 兩天後我的agent打電話說銀行業同批準了. LP覺得沒砍價給 full price offer不合算, 就back out 出來了.  今天agent 打電話說可給個低價再試試. 大家幫忙參謀一下:

Short Sale list $109k, cash offer 多合適?

(The recent sold price on the same street is quite not close to each other, 86K, 105K, 130K…)
