哪位大師給講講，ALDI對周邊小區的有很大的負麵影響嗎？

ALDI是個cheap grocery store。它在我們這個衛星城要開一家分店。它附近的居民抗議無數，說這家店會把低質量的顧客帶來，對周邊的地產有很強的負麵影響。但抗議也沒有用，最後它還是要開了。

我想知道的是，這店附近的小區的房子長期來看會貶值多少？這樣我才知道值不值得在那投資。比如說房產會貶值20%，那我要是能便宜40-50%買到，還是值的嘛。
