on 4 - trading is really a good (but very tough) self-discovery tool, to get to know your own personality, strength and weakness... i think market changed me.. I feel mostly numb about the daily ups/downs... also finding a suitable timeframe is key.... looking at EoD chart for 5min/day is the way to go for me.... some people (the video game type) are suited for DT, but I don't think M3E4 is one of them

on 5 - the 10000 hour stare is the only way.... formulas blah blah is all hog wash.
