不懂就問：為什麽後院patio會破成這樣，下麵竟然是空的？

我明白patio不是地基的一部分，但它下麵不該是土嗎？為什麽會是空的？這會影響到房子的地基嗎？

右邊

中間

左邊

左邊牆上有修補過的裂紋。是地基問題嗎？如果是的話，和patio有關係嗎？是地基問題引起patio損壞還是patio問題引起地基問題？

門後的客廳頂上有條長喜縫，是天花板時間長了變形還是地基問題引起？忘了拍PP。
