求鑒定：這個是高壓線盒子嗎？對小孩有沒有影響？

都要inspection 了，今天赫然見到一個大綠盒子豎在車庫邊，上麵寫著power company
cable啥的。會不會有高壓電啊？家有小小孩，不得不小心。多謝！
