FT is right on about the diminishment of the white collars.
in my own situation, just hang around for another 10 years or so, my professional career will be about over (maybe will do part time whatever).
i think for a lot of people here, the question is what our children will face.
A smart brain will always be scarce commodity, so for those who are top of the class, shouldn't be a big problem. Actually, the current unemployment rate is very high among the unskilled or less experienced workers.. I still get constant recruiter calls on daily basis.. there is still high demand for the highly skilled.
Now for an average kid, it's gonna be a problem....I think it's crucial to have entrepreneurship training as part of the kid's education.
