https://www.icloud.com/ If you signed up for it (it's free), there's a where's my iphone service. It will find your iphone's location.  There are couples times on the news thiefs got caught because of this feature :)  Also all your apps should be remembered with your apple id. Documents and photos will be lost if you didn't back up... good luck!
