新手請教, 房客到今天還沒繳租, 我現在就應該收late fee 嗎? 還是5號以後才能收?

 

according to lease:

Late fees.  In the event Tenant fails to pay rent when due, Tenant shall pay a late fee of $xx  

 plus $xx  per day for each day after 5  days that the sum was due.
