1. the key to carpet cleaning is pre-soak, we use a sprayer pre-spray mix solution of water-carpet shampoo detergent-bleach.

2. let the carpet soak for about 20-30 mins.

3. use the same solution on carpet machine.

4. may need 3-4 times.
