白菜房 with this price? Are you kidding me?

Not sure how "白菜房 " was defined. In my mind,"白菜房 " is priced at $5k, $10k or even $15k level. If you call $108k property a "白菜房 ", you are either too rich or you paid price too high. :-)

Anyway, this deal looks like a real investment property to me with normal price range and good cash flow.
