你算一下,賣價的6%給中介做commission fee。買的時候如果你是貸款,恐怕closing cost至少要3% of purchasing price. When you sell, you need pay another 1-2% of the selling price at closing for as a seller. Considering your repair cost, and property tax, interest rate, utilities during your holding period, you would be lucky if you could make a few thousands. I would not go through all those hassles for a few thousand bucks.
