my contractor 用別人的license 和公司，和我簽的合同。漏水後，我找這公司時，公司有licese的人說

他不知道我的合同，他不付任何責任。

license 和公司owner是一個人 call J. J說，他的step son C 假冒他，讓我也不要找J去解決問題。

我給他看合同，他說從不知道我的合同，warrenty paper是有他的名字，但是假的簽字。

C 還騙我說 J已作了白螞蟻檢查，我的San Jose CA 房子白螞蟻損害很嚴重，房子的支柱都損壞了，如果不修，房子會塌了。我說我要看報告。C說，現在不能出報告，因為出了報告，這報告就要被政府記錄了，以後就沒人買這房子了。等修完了，才能出報告。因為沒有白螞蟻了，房子就好買了。他要了我$8300去換sub floor 和支柱 為少於500sf地方。但後來我才明白，C 隻換了一塊8X4的木板，剩下的是鋪了一層新木板蓋在舊木板。我單身女人，當時被他嚇壞了，就掏錢給了他。真恨自己笨。

因房子交工兩天後水管漏水，C出國了。我去找J， J說他從未給我的房子做過白螞蟻檢查。

我能sue C 嚇我得到的contract的嗎？我有C假冒J簽名的warrenty paper。

我還有C說J作了房子白螞蟻檢查的email。J will write letter to prove he never did termite inspection for my house and the signature is fake.
