在一個小區買多個房子有什麽壞處嗎？

在一個小區買多個房子有什麽壞處嗎？
這是一個五年新的小區。房子還在蓋，但已經到後期了。有HOA。

1。我的擔心是房子集中在一個區會不會太單一了。是否應該diversify一下？比如城南城北的分散一下？
2。小區有HOA。是mandatory。會不會哪一天HOA說不能有出租房？以前有看到地主抱怨hoa不讓有出租房。

不知道以上擔心是否有道理？
