買房求教

8月開始打算買房，本打算量入為出的，可是低價位房那個搶啊。很快就淪陷了，趕著擠著下offer。結果一個REO condo房要價31.5萬的， 以為沒戲就從26.5萬起， 接著counter27萬，27.5萬, 不曾想賣方竟接受了。當時隻有我一個offer， zillow估價在17－31萬之間。類似的同一社區的Condo近期周圍賣出價在22萬左右，準備賣出的要價26萬左右。感覺價位偏高，不知該不該買下。請經驗之之士指點把關。多謝了。
