看中一個房子，listing agent懶洋洋，真讓人著急

是個short sale，要30萬，同樣的房子要35-40萬之間。剛上市，被我看見，和listing agent聯係，對方有一搭沒一搭的，很讓人著急。但是我說要出offer之後，那個listing就變成inactive了，不知listing agent 賣的什麽藥。急人呢。
