我今天早上接到幾個房東的電話，

讓我通知房客12月的房租隻需要交一半，留下一半過節用。這幾個都是美國人， 我知道其中幾家的情況，自己都不算太富裕。說實話我挺感動的，因為我從來沒想過這麽處理。

我一般會給我自己的房客寄$100.00 gift card.
