有白蟻的房子能買來當投資房嗎？

有白蟻的房子能買來當投資房嗎？
看中一幢一層的小房子，97年，三麵磚，內部從新油漆過，狀態挺好，又在一個很成熟的區。很是喜歡。於是下了單。

今天報告出來，說有白蟻活動過的痕跡。在廚房的天花板和牆交界的地方。inspector還爬到對應的attic上看，說attic裏也有白蟻活動過的痕跡。也就是說，白蟻曾經到達過attic.但是沒有正在活動的跡象。Seller在disclosure中沒有提到有白蟻。不過天花板和牆交界的地方有修補的痕跡。像是修補後再從新油漆的。

咋辦？買還是撤？seller如果知情不報，也夠可恨的！
