請教高手, 這是什麽Roof?

看上了一個商業房,但他的Roof需要換.這是什麽Roof啊?

The existing roof membrane is a multi-ply, built-up, cap sheet surfaced roof system over a plywood deck.

二層樓. Roof大約5000SF. 要換一個這樣的Roof要多少銀子啊?
