--> have you seen the house?

  • Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with purchase

--> you pay for all closing cost.

  • Buyer will receive a Quit Claim Deed.

--> seller not guarantee a clear title.

  • NO TITLE INSURANCE OFFERED AT CLOSING

--> there maybe other liens attached but that buyers responsibility.
