比如10萬的投資，2年後拿回4萬，其中本金3萬，回報1萬；4年後分紅1萬，5年後拿回5萬，其中本金2萬，利潤3萬…… you got the idea. 現在還沒有全部拿回來。以後的回報如何也不知道，怎麽定利息？每次distribution, 他就要transfer money to us. 怎樣才能證明這些錢不是 gift money, 而是我們的投資回報？
