我覺得沒有，經營business和從事charity是兩碼不相幹的事。

bad tenant必須趕走，這都沒有異議吧，那是否一定要在這一天趕，寬限兩天行不行。

從file evition到上庭， 到file writ of possesion，中間有多少天？tenant為什麽不交房租？

寬限兩天is not going to make any difference。

照旋MM的意思，最好是thanksgiving以後趕人，那如果tanant又哭訴，那是否要christmas以後再趕，然後不是一下就要到new year了嗎？
