離closing date還有6天，lender要我先轉down pay的錢到escrow.正常麽？

離closing date還有6天，lender要我先轉down pay的錢到escrow.正常麽？

大家一般是什麽時候開始交down pay的錢到escrow?是不是得先等lender的letter of commitment出來交才安全？這麽早交會不會有風險？
