請教各位大俠：如果房客在房子裏受傷了，房東有責任嗎？
這種事，我覺得比投資盈虧還重要。所以俺認為還是要未雨綢繆。如果有責任，我們有什麽方法提前避免？難道每個房子再搞個LLC？這太麻煩了吧？
