1. How to indicate the money transfer is a gift? Write "BTW, it is a gift" in wire transfer note? Any official note for the transfer. They do not have greencards now, but I may apply for them in 1-2 yr, more for them to visit us with less hassle. Will that change the nature of the "gift" prior to they get green card? i.e. Does IRS backtracking money transfer? Thanks
P.S. A bathroom in Beijing can trade a single house here. People living there for 50+ year earned an an extra "bathroom". You call them rich? and call me BSO :-)
