問題請教：換shingle屋頂換出麻煩來？

請了一個專業屋頂公司來換屋頂， 我首付50%， 換完後我就把餘款付清。我當時到屋頂看了一下，因為不懂，就以為 他們安裝完了。傻乎乎的就把錢付了。

昨天鄰居一看，說我的屋頂沒有裝flashing,我電話打過去，對方派人裝了一個地方的flashing, 煙囪周圍的flashing都沒有裝，再打電話別人就不接了。 按照我們的合同，屋頂公司應該裝flashing.

我現在該怎麽辦？

我給公司打電話，他們不解；寫 email, 他們也不回。
