覺得沒多少錢可賺。

 

如果是在好區，如中半島Palo Alto，或Cupertino，造價近300刀/sf。這個construction加地價，再加一二年的mortgage，剛好2m。

 

不過這種房子在Palo Alto，都要近2.5m。

 

如果是自住，另當別論。
