I thought many Wall Street genuis (like Michael Milken, Bill Gross, LTCM) were all big bond players. Even though I'm not a fan of any of those people, I do respect the way they made money, kind of picking up pennies on the rail track in front of rolling steamers.
If you are buying the real bonds, "收收利息,還是一個不錯的選擇。" As long as the bonds are not default, the principal are safe. If you buy bond funds or bond ETFs, that's a different story. The NAV can drop dramtically if the interest rate shots up. In other words, the principal can get a big hit.
