Maybe trump did not get insider info: 08 represents Wall Street, like Dick Chaney represents oil industry. :) Maybe Trump is blowing smoke to cheat populace.

Federal Reserve is the hand behind 08. 08 had family relation with Tim Getherner and his father, who presided on Ford Foundation.

Tim as the past NY Fed president, is the most powerful one in all Federal reserve district.
