ok lah. 0.25% increase is not bad.

we pay 50 dollar more if we consume 20k a year which is not bad. I forced to vote YES on Prop 30 because i fear gov will cut school more. Instead of kicking our rich people, we need to kick out those illegals, lazy people on wellfare. Move all of them to TX :)
