出租房被車撞了，肇事著無保險

租客的一個親戚來訪，臨走時發動汽車，不小心搞錯了刹車和油門，汽車衝到房子上，撞壞了外牆，車庫門框，室外水龍頭，main valve, 和一些水管。損失估計2000刀。

租客倒是提供了driver 的 insurance. 可 insurance 卻因missed payment 已無效.

Landlord insurance deductible 2500 刀。用不上。

真他媽的天有不測風雲，人有旦夕禍福。
